01 Who is behind 3D Essentials?
Freddie Sparrow Limited is. 3D Essentials is a trading name of Freddie Sparrow Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17472933, and run by Freddie Sparrow.
02 Is 3D Essentials the same business as Freddie Sparrow?
Yes. A trading name is a name, not a separate legal person. 3D Essentials, the marketing services and the Freddie Sparrow Official YouTube channel are all the same business, and a contract made under any of those names is a contract with that one business.
03 What does the business actually do?
Three things. 3D printing, design and short-run manufacture for schools and small businesses, sold as 3D Essentials. Marketing work — product photography, short-form video, print, signage and brand work. And two YouTube channels — Freddie Sparrow Official, the main one, carrying the making and the interviews, and Freddie Sparrow Limited, which carries business-related content only.
04 Where is the business based?
The work is made in Hertfordshire, and it is taken on from anywhere in the United Kingdom. Marketing services and calls are available anywhere in the UK, and printed items are delivered across Great Britain. The address published on the business page is the registered office — the address for post and the service of notices — which is not the same thing as where the work happens, and is not claimed to be.
05 Is the business VAT-registered?
No. Freddie Sparrow Limited is not currently VAT-registered, and the registered details on the business page say so.
06 Is the business insured?
Yes. Freddie Sparrow Limited holds insurance appropriate to the work it does.
07 Why are there two YouTube channels?
They carry different things. Freddie Sparrow Official is the main channel — the making, the machines, the work and the interviews Freddie does. Freddie Sparrow Limited carries business-related content only, and nothing personal. Both are run by the same business, and neither is a separate company from the other or from 3D Essentials.
08 Can I get my video published on your channels?
Yes. Businesses and creators can have their videos published on Freddie Sparrow Official, and on the 3D Essentials and Freddie Sparrow Limited channels, as long as they are happy for their brand to appear alongside the interviews and other content those channels carry.
