A trading name is a name, not a separate legal person. 3D Essentials, the marketing services and both Freddie Sparrow YouTube channels are all the same business. Whichever of them you came across, and whichever name an advertisement or a video carried, there is one legal party behind it — and that is the party you contract with.
That is the whole reason this page exists. Somebody who wants to know who they are actually dealing with should be able to find out in one screen, without reading a terms document.
