Cookies
This site sets none of its own, which is why there is no banner asking you to accept any.
Why there is no banner
A consent banner is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary — analytics, advertising, anything that follows you. This site has none of those. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no embedded third-party content and nothing that recognises you between visits. A banner here would be asking permission for something that is not happening, which is worse than useless: it teaches people to click "accept" without reading.
The one exception
The contact form on the contact page runs Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot check, and Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie or store a token in your browser while it works out that you are a person. It is strictly necessary — without it the form would be filled in by machines all day — it is not used to identify you, follow you or profile you, and it does not need consent for the same reason a login cookie does not.
It is only loaded on the page with the form, and only when the check is switched on. Read nothing on this page and you have loaded nothing.
What Cloudflare sees anyway
Serving a page means receiving a request, so Cloudflare briefly logs the IP address, the time, the page and the browser. That is not a cookie and cannot be switched off by declining one — it is what happens when a computer asks another computer for a file. The privacy notice covers it.
Elsewhere
3dessentials.co.uk is a shop with accounts and baskets, so it does set cookies and has its own, longer, cookie notice. Following a link from here to there means that notice applies from the moment you arrive. marketing.freddiesparrow.co.uk has its own.
