Terms of use

These cover reading this website. Nothing is sold here. Buying, quoting, commissioning work and anything with money in it happens elsewhere, under the terms set out below — and those are the ones that matter to an order.

01

Which terms govern what

Each part of the business has its own terms. Printing a part, commissioning a film and appearing in a video are not the same transaction and are not governed by one document pretending to cover all three. What binds you depends on what you are doing, not on where you first arrived.

Reading this siteThis page, and nothing else. Nothing is sold here.
3D printing, design and manufacture3dessentials.co.uk/terms — the terms for that trade. Versioned, archived, and the authority on any order placed there.
Marketing, photography and filmmarketing.freddiesparrow.co.uk/legal/terms — its own terms, not the shop's. Creative work raises questions selling a printed part does not: who owns the finished work, what it may be used for and for how long, whose material went into it, and who agreed to appear in it.
Buying as a businessTrade terms — the business-customer document, versioned and archived like the rest — on top of the terms for the work itself. The general provisions that apply either way are section 19 of the shop's terms.
Appearing in, or sponsoring, a video on either channelAgreed separately and in writing, every time. YouTube's own terms govern the platform; they do not govern what is agreed between the business and somebody who appears in or pays for a video.

The account is the shared part

Whichever of those you are doing, there is one account — the same sign-in, the same files, the same invoices. So the account terms sit underneath all of them, and each set of terms above says where it relies on them.

Where a document depends on the account, it reproduces the clause it depends on rather than sending you to look it up. A term that binds you should be readable in the document you are actually reading, not two links away. Where the reproduced wording and the account terms ever differ, the account terms are the authoritative text.

This page depends on none of it. There is no sign-in here, nothing to buy and nothing to accept.

02

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Freddie Sparrow Limited, which trades as 3D Essentials and sells marketing services. The company was incorporated on 22 September 2026; its registered name, number, place of registration and registered office are in the footer of every page here, taken from the business's own register rather than typed into this page. Freddie Sparrow Official is not the company's channel. It is Freddie Sparrow's own: it carries the company's work and also his own interviews, some of them political, which are his views and not the company's. That distinction now matters, because there are two legal persons where until 22 September 2026 there was one. The line to hold onto is making a video against running a channel. Where a video is made as the company's business — a client's job, an interview, filming at somebody's premises — Freddie Sparrow Limited is the controller of the personal information gathered in making it, and our terms, privacy notice and meeting terms apply to it exactly as they apply to an order. The channel itself — who subscribes, who comments, what its analytics say — is Freddie's, and Google's terms cover that as they would for anybody's channel. Publishing the company's work on a personal channel does not move controllership of the production data, and it does not make the channel a company asset either.

A trading name is a name, not a separate legal person. Whichever of those you came across, and whichever name an advertisement or a video carried, there is one legal party behind it and one party you contract with. That is the point of stating the registered details here rather than leaving you to work it out.

03

What is on these pages

The registered details are kept correct. They are read from the business's own register rather than typed into a page, so they change everywhere at once and cannot quietly go stale. If the register cannot be reached, the page says so rather than showing you something it is no longer sure of.

Everything else is given in good faith and may be out of date. Descriptions of what the business does, of what it is working on, and of what the other sites offer are general information. None of it is an offer, no price is quoted here, and nothing on this site forms a contract. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask, and get the answer in writing.

Links go to other people's websites, including YouTube. Following one means their terms apply from the moment you arrive, and what they do there is theirs, not this business's. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.

04

Using what is here

The words, the design, the logo and the images on this site belong to the business. Read them, print them, quote them and link to them freely — a page of public company information that you were not allowed to quote would be a strange thing.

What is not on: copying the site or a substantial part of it, passing its material off as your own, and using the names Freddie Sparrow, Freddie Sparrow Official or 3D Essentials, or the FS mark, in a way that suggests a connection, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

Also not on: attacking the site, probing it, attempting to reach parts of it that are not published, scraping it at a rate that degrades it for anybody else, or using the contact form to send bulk, automated or unsolicited marketing. The form is for talking to a person. Messages that are not get treated as spam, and persistent abuse gets blocked.

05

Availability

This site is provided as it is and as it is available. No promise is made that it will be up, complete or error-free at any given moment, and it may be changed or withdrawn without notice. Parts of it depend on other services — the register it reads its company details from, the anti-bot check on the form — and when one of those is unavailable the affected part says so rather than pretending.

If the contact form cannot reach the desk it will tell you, and give you somewhere else to write. It will not silently swallow your message.

06

The limits of this

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here, and nothing on this page takes away a right you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Beyond that, the business is not liable for loss that comes from relying on a page of general information rather than asking — in particular for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.

Liability for anything you actually buy is dealt with in the terms that govern that purchase, not here.

07

Law, and changes

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.

These terms may be updated, and the version on the page is the one that applies to your visit. There is no version history on this site, because nothing here is a document anybody accepts or is bound to over time. The documents that do work that way live on 3dessentials.co.uk, where every version is frozen, fingerprinted and kept — so a customer who accepted one set of terms can read back exactly the words they agreed to, rather than whatever the page happens to say today.
